Welcome aboard the homepage of the schoonerbrig Greif (former "Wilhelm Pieck") with which we would like to introduce you our ship.The data, facts and information provided on the following pages should make it easier to find your way aboard a sailing ship with it's own laws. Tolerance, a sence of responsibility, as well as some courage, but above all readiness for action for everyone sailing with us is required to turn every cruise into an adventure for all of us. The life on board lets you recognize the value of teamwork in addition to active relaxation. This experience aboard the Greif will also prove to be usefull to you on land. Finally, the cruises with our schoonerbrig Greif let you experience not only a sailing adventure, but the opportunity to visit foreign ports with their specialities at the Northsea and the Baltic. While meeting foreign crews you can accomplish your own contribution to a better understanding between all nations.
